The group in Dubai has been going since 2009. The group was set up by Professora Espoleta who has been teaching capoeira all over the world (including the USA, Bahia in Brazil, India, Iran and the UAE) for the last eight years. Professor Espoleta is a student of Mestre Alabama; more details of her work in capoeira and informstion about Mestre Alabama can be found on the Professora Espoleta page of the site.
With capoeira it doesn't matter whether you're a complete novice or a professor, a child or a grandparent; everybody gets something out of it.
