The classes are held at The Contender Gym on Sheikh Zayed Road. The gym is on the first floor in the same building as the Heidelberg show room, near Times Square Mall. The gym is between the Noor Islamic Bank and First Gulf Bank metro stations.
General sessions for adults are held every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8pm to 10pm.
Morning sessions are held for those who can't make the evening sessions. These take place twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am to 11am.
Children's sessions are held every Thursday at 5pm and Saturday at 3pm.
Classes are open to everyone , novice to instructors. Children and beginners are more than welcome
